Speed tricks for Calice:

There are several ways to speed up Calice. The default options are FastPC to "Yes", and "Sync to 60Hz". However, if it is too slow, I suggest you to try this:

1. choose "Simple Copy" in the QSound options
2. choose a lowest sound rate (11025 for example)
3. try a frameskip value (from 0 to 4)
4. Turn on cpu speedups (in the CPU menu)
5. Disable sound
Remeber to avoid Doubled windowed mode, which is very slow. Calice is not optimized yet (full C source), but It is planned.
